Successful in National Market: Nordex Receives Orders For 180 MW From Germany in July And August
Hamburg, Germany - Nordex recorded a successful order trend on the German market in the third quarter 2023 in July and August.
The largest of the projects won is being built in Lower Saxony. Shortly after the start of installation of the first of twelve turbines at the 82 MW Gevensleben wind farm in the district of Helmstedt, the Landwind Group ordered further N163/6.X turbines. For the 40 MW Cramme II wind farm in the Wolfenbüttel district, Nordex will install six turbines of the 6 MW class at a hub height of 164 meters. Installation and commissioning of the turbines are scheduled for 2024.
In a generally weak stock market environment, Nordex stock is unable to benefit from the order announcement until midday today. Currently, the stock is trading slightly down by 0.1 percent at EUR 10.89 (11:30 a.m., 05.09.2023, Stuttgart Stock Exchange). Compared to the share price at the turn of the year, this corresponds to a loss of about 17 percent.
