Dauerthal, Germany - The renewable energy service provider Enertrag has filled two key positions in the company. On December 1, 2024, Dr. Hannah König took over as Head of Implementation, while Ulrich Heindl has been responsible for Engineering since October 1, 2024.

Together, Dr. König and Heindl will ensure that the planning, construction and optimization of Enertrag's energy systems are seamlessly integrated in order to further increase the company's contribution to a sustainable energy system.

“With Ulrich Heindl and Dr Hannah König, we are strengthening our management team with experienced and committed experts. This combination of internal expertise and new impulses gives us the strength to successfully implement our vision of an emission-free energy future,’ says Dr Tobias Bischof-Niemz, member of the Management Board responsible for International Projects & Technology at Enertrag.

As Head of the Implementation division, Dr. Hannah König will be responsible for the efficient implementation of all energy projects worldwide, from the investment decision to commissioning. According to Enertrag, König has extensive international experience in the realization of energy projects, particularly in the technical implementation of large offshore wind farms, thanks to her work at Energy Infrastructure Partners and EnBW. König is to play a central role in the upcoming major wave of implementation resulting from the growing project development pipeline. These include projects in the wind, solar, battery and electrolysis sectors.

According to Enertrag, Ulrich Heindl, who has been with the company since October 2021, has distinguished himself in his previous role as Head of Energy Systems by initiating groundbreaking projects. His in-depth experience at companies such as Air Liquide and Air Products as well as his strategic foresight make him a central pillar of the management team, according to Enertrag. By taking over as Head of Engineering, Heindle will be responsible for the technical design of all national and international energy projects - from the development to the implementation phase.
