Munich (renewablepress) - Tion Renewables GmbH (“Tion Renewables” or “Tion”), a leading European independent power producer, has completed the acquisition of an operational 69 MWp Agri-PV park in Schwarzholz, Saxony-Anhalt, from FEFA Projekt GmbH (“FEFA”).

The park became operational in February 2026 and is expected to generate approximately 87 gigawatt-hours (GWh) of green electricity annually, enough to supply around 25,000 households. As an Agri-PV project, it combines solar power generation with continued agricultural use of the land. A long-term power purchase agreement provides contractually secured revenues and stable cashflows.

Ingmar Helmke, CEO of Tion Renewables: “Tion stands for attractive returns, operational excellence and profitable growth. This acquisition is a perfect addition to our strong operational portfolio: a high-quality asset with long-term secured revenues developed and built by a highly skilled business partner”, Helmke said. “We thank EQT Active Core European Infrastructure for the continued support and FEFA for the very good and professional cooperation.”

Manuel Sieth, CIO and CFO of Tion Renewables: “We are taking over an excellently developed, well-run Agri-PV plant. Sincere thanks to Fabian Schwarzlose and the entire FEFA team for a smooth and professional process, we look forward to continuing our partnership.”

Fabian Schwarzlose, Managing Director of FEFA Projekt GmbH: “As a family business, we developed this plant from the first idea to full operation, so finding the right owner mattered to us. Tion convinced us with deep market expertise and fast, pragmatic decision-making, and we are confident the plant is in excellent hands.”
