First Order from Getec Green Energy: Nordex Group Receives 49 MW Order from Germany

Hamburg, Germany – Wind turbine manufacturer Nordex has received a first order from Getec Green Energy GmbH. According to the company, the Magdeburg-based firm has ordered seven turbines of the type N163/6.X for the Zerbst wind farm in Saxony-Anhalt, with a total capacity of 49 MW.

With the Nordex turbines, Getec Green Energy is expanding an existing wind farm located on a former military airfield in the city of Zerbst. The Nordex Group will install the Delta4000 series turbines starting in summer 2026 on hybrid towers 164 meters tall.

The Nordex share rose today, reaching a peak of 17.20 euros.
